We would like to inform you that your contact details: Name, Surname, Phone Number and E-mail address are stored in our database processed by Smoobu GmbH through the online booking platform that our site uses.<\/li>\n<li>The personal data you entrust to us remain confidential and will be used only for the purpose of the contract resulting from the reservation made on the website www.cozystay.ro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>By making a reservation from our website, you acknowledge that you have read the following terms and conditions and that you understand and agree with them.<\/p>\n<h3><b>BOOKINGS<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>a. The name of the person on the original booking form remains the sole contact and is responsible for the property booked and all communications with our Staff.<\/li>\n<li>b. Online bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival must be confirmed by calling our office during business hours on +40 731 034 001 or +40 724 737 915<\/li>\n<li>c. Some properties can be located in secluded places with difficult access during the winter so it is important to read the description of the place carefully and ask for details about the road before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>d. We reserves the right to refuse any booking.<\/li>\n<li>e. Commercial filming and photography is not allowed on our properties\u00a0 without the owner permission<\/li>\n<li>f.\u00a0 Making any obscene photo \/ video material is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>ACCOMMODATION TERMS OF USE<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>a. Check-in time is after 4 PM on the day of arrival and check out is anytime until 11 AM midday unless specified otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>b. A Guest Registration Form must be completed at or before check-in by the person who made the booking.<\/li>\n<li>c. Check-in procedure will be self check-in and the contact person will be instructed of the procedure.<\/li>\n<li>d. Keys should be returned to the responsible of our properties on the day of departure.<\/li>\n<li>e. Guests are responsible for their choice of accommodation. We are not responsible if the style of property does not live up to guests expectations, therefore guests should view property listings on www.cozystay.com carefully before booking.<\/li>\n<li>f. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. You may smoke outside, but you are requested to not drop cigarette butts on the decking, on the ground or any woodland. Please take extra care especially during dry periods as all the surroundings are flammable!<\/li>\n<li>g. Due to the high risk of fire, candles are sadly not permitted in the house. Anyone who wilfully or negligently causes damage to any buildings or equipment will be responsible for the cost of remedial repairs.<\/li>\n<li>h. No Pets Allowed. We love animals but not inside the house.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>i. The guests must respect the maximum capacity of the house mentioned on the site.<\/li>\n<li>j. Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure. This includes washing and putting away dishes, returning all items to their original position.<\/li>\n<li>k. Guests are required to turn off the lights and the heating system. Lock doors and windows upon departure.<\/li>\n<li>l. A minimum key replacement fee of 50\u20ac will apply if property keys are not returned on departure.<\/li>\n<li>m. When a property is booked for eight nights or more, a complimentary refresh service including fresh linen and towels is provided.<\/li>\n<li>n. Wi-Fi- (where available) is provided complimentary for guest use. Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure Wi-Fi is working as intended, we cannot guarantee an available connection due to network issues beyond our control. Outages do occur and whilst we will always try to have the connection restored, this will not always be possible. Compensation will not be considered in these circumstances as Wi-Fi is provided on a complimentary basis.<\/li>\n<li>o.\u00a0For the comfort and hygiene of the home, we recommend that you use slippers and take off your shoes at the entrance.<\/li>\n<li>p.\u00a0The location is insured by Grupama and the insurer reserves the right to regress from the damages done intentionally or in case of serious fault.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>PAYMENT METHOD<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>a. Payments will be made through the Stripe platform. Stripe&#8217;s terms and conditions of use, as well as its Privacy Policy, can be found at www.stripe.com .<\/li>\n<li>b. A non-returnable 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking and Provisional reservations.<\/li>\n<li>c. The balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The guest can cancel free of charge until 48 h after booking. After that period the 50% deposite is non-returnable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>Protectia Datelor<\/b>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conform Regulamentului General privind Protectia datelor cu caracter personal, (UE) 2016\/679 \u2013 GDPR, intrat in vigoare pe 25 iunie 2018. Dorim sa va informam ca datele dumneavoastra de contact: Nume, Prenume, Numar de Telefon si Adresa de E-mail sunt stocate in baza noastra de date procesata de Compania Smoobu GmbH prin platforma de rezervare online pe care o utilizeaza site-ul nostru.<\/li>\n<li>Datele personale pe care ni le incredintezi raman confidentiale si vor fi folosite doar in scopul derularii contractului provenit in urma rezervarii facute pe site-ul www.cozystay.ro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>Termeni si Conditii<\/b>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Prin efectuarea unei rezervari pe site-ul nostru, confirmati ca ati citi si sunteti de acord cu termenii si conditiile de mai jos.<\/p>\n<h3><b>REZERVAREA PROPRIET\u0102\u021aII<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>a. Numele persoanei din formularul de rezervare r\u0103m\u00e2ne singurul contact \u0219i este responsabil pentru proprietatea rezervat\u0103 \u0219i comunicarea cu personalul nostru.<\/li>\n<li>b. Rezerv\u0103rile online f\u0103cute cu mai pu\u021bin de 48 de ore \u00eenainte de sosire, trebuie s\u0103 fie confirmate telefonic \u00een timpul programului de lucru la numarul: +40 731 034 001 sau +40 724 737 915<\/li>\n<li>c. Unele propriet\u0103\u021bi pot fi situate \u00een locuri retrase, cu acces dificil pe timpul iernii, a\u0219a c\u0103 este important s\u0103 citi\u021bi cu aten\u021bie descrierea locului \u0219i s\u0103 cere\u021bi detalii despre drum \u00eenainte de sosire.<\/li>\n<li>d. Proprietarul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103m dreptul de a refuza orice rezervare.<\/li>\n<li>e. Filmarea si fotografierea cu caracter comercial nu este permis\u0103 in interiorul propriet\u0103\u021bii. Pentru astfel de proiecte trebuie solicitata aprobarea propietarului.<\/li>\n<li>f. Realizarea de oricefel de material foto \/ video obscen este strict interzis in orice circumstanta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>CONDITII DE REZERVARE<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>a. Timpul de check-in este incepand cu orele 4 PM \u00een ziua sosirii \u0219i check-out este oric\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 la ora 11 AM, aceste detalii se pot modifica avand o discutie in prealabil.<\/li>\n<li>b. Un formular de \u00eenregistrare a oaspe\u021bilor trebuie completat de c\u0103tre persoana care a efectuat rezervarea.<\/li>\n<li>c. Cheile pot fi colectate personal la sosire.<\/li>\n<li>d. Cheile trebuie s\u0103 fie returnate responsabilului nostru \u00een ziua plec\u0103rii.<\/li>\n<li>e. Oaspe\u021bii sunt responsabili pentru alegerea lor de cazare. Nu suntem responsabili dac\u0103 stilul de proprietate nu se ridic\u0103 la a\u0219tept\u0103rile oaspe\u021bilor, prin urmare oaspe\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 vizualizeze materialele despre propietate disponibile pe www.cozystay.ro cu aten\u021bie \u00eenainte de rezervare.<\/li>\n<li>f. Fumatul nu este permis \u00een interiorul propriet\u0103\u021bii. Pute\u021bi fuma afar\u0103, dar cu rug\u0103mintea s\u0103 nu arunca\u021bi resturile de tigar\u0103 pe jos, \u00een r\u00e2u sau \u00een p\u0103dure ci la co\u0219ul de gunoi. V\u0103 rug\u0103m s\u0103 ave\u021bi o grij\u0103 deosebit\u0103 mai ales \u00een perioadele uscate, deoarece \u00eemprejurimile pot fi inflamabile!<\/li>\n<li>g. Datorit\u0103 riscului ridicat de incendiu, lum\u00e2n\u0103rile nu sunt permise \u00een caban\u0103. Orice persoan\u0103 care d\u0103uneaz\u0103 inten\u021bionat sau din neglijen\u021b\u0103 cl\u0103dirii sau echipamentelor din proprietate va fi responsabil\u0103 de costul repara\u021biilor ulterioare.<\/li>\n<li>h. Accesul cu animale in interiorul propriet\u0103\u021bii nu este permis.<\/li>\n<li>i. Oaspe\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 respecte capacitatea maxim\u0103 a casei men\u021bionat\u0103 pe site.<\/li>\n<li>j. Oaspe\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 p\u0103r\u0103seasc\u0103 proprietatea \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 curat\u0103 \u0219i ordonat\u0103 la plecare. Aceasta include sp\u0103larea \u0219i aruncarea resturilor de m\u00e2ncare, returnarea tuturor obiectelor \u00een pozi\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>k. La plecare oaspe\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 opreasc\u0103 luminile \u0219i sistemul de \u00eenc\u0103lzire \u0219i s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 u\u0219ile \u0219i ferestrele casei sunt \u00eenchise.<\/li>\n<li>l. O tax\u0103 de \u00eenlocuire de 50 \u20ac se va aplica dac\u0103 cheile de proprietate au fost pierdute sau nu sunt returnate la plecare.<\/li>\n<li>m. Atunci c\u00e2nd proprietatea este rezervat\u0103 pentru opt sau mai multe nop\u021bi, este oferit un serviciu gratuit de re\u00eemprosp\u0103tare, inclusiv lenjerie proasp\u0103t\u0103 \u0219i prosoape.<\/li>\n<li>n. Wi-Fi-ul este oferit gratuit pentru oaspe\u021bi. De\u0219i se vor depune toate eforturile pentru a ne asigura c\u0103 Wi-Fi-ul func\u021bioneaz\u0103 conform destina\u021biei, nu putem garanta o conexiune disponibil\u0103 din cauza unor probleme de re\u021bea care nu pot fi controlate de noi. Compensa\u021bia nu va fi luat\u0103 \u00een considerare \u00een aceste circumstan\u021be, deoarece Wi-Fi este oferit gratuit.<\/li>\n<li>o. Pentru confortul \u0219i igiena casei, v\u0103 recomand\u0103m s\u0103 utiliza\u021bi papucii de cas\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103 scoate\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103mintea la intrare.<\/li>\n<li>p.\u00a0Locatia este asigurata de catre Grupama si asiguratorul isi rezerva dreptul la regres fata de daunele facute cu intentie sau in caz de culpa grava.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>MODALITATEA DE PLATA<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>a. Pl\u0103\u021bile vor fi efectuate prin intermediul platformei Stripe. Termenii \u0219i condi\u021biile de utilizare Stripe, precum si Politica de confiden\u021bialitate ale acestuia pot fi g\u0103site la adresa www.stripe.com .<\/li>\n<li>b. Un depozit de 50% nerambursabil este pl\u0103tit \u00een momentul rezerv\u0103rii.<\/li>\n<li>c. Soldul trebuie s\u0103 fie achitat cu 7 zile \u00eenainte de sosire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>ANULAREA REZERVARII<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Clientul poate anula rezervarea in intervalul de 48 de ore dupa initiere.
